The Specialised Group, comprises of companies which provide a specialised and focused service to the Mining, Industrial and Agricultural Sectors. Products and services offered include rubber conveyor belting, steep incline belting,and associated products, industrial rubber lining and sheeting, flexible metallic hoses, large bore diameter rubber and composite hoses, articulated kneeguards and fruit handling systems. The Specialised group has two factories on the reef and the factory producing fruit sorting equipment is in Cape Town:

The Group consists of the following:

• Specialised Rubber & Industrial (Pty) Ltd which has the following operating divisions:
  • Specialised Belting & Hose (SBH) - Rubber conveyor Belting and associated products, SPECWALL steep incline/pocket conveyor belting, feeder belting.
  • Specialised Rubber Products (SRP) - Handbuilt rubber hose, sheeting, extrusion.
  • Flexible Metallic Hoses (FMH) - Stainless steel hose and braid, hose assemblies, SS and galvanised exhaust tubing.
• Specialised EHS Systems (Pty) Ltd (SEHS) - Fruit sorting, handling and packing equipment and systems.
• Dowlok Trust - Knee guards, for mining, industrial, domestic use and everything in between.
